Our mission is to provide the fastest and most affordable apostille and notary services in Washington State. An apostille or certificate of authority is required for all Washington State notarized and certified documents that are used in foreign countries. We provide one day, three day, or seven day services in Washington State. One day service is $395. Three day service is $295. Seven day service is $195. Additional documents are $50. Documents from other states are $250. We offer remote notary services for some documents.

Corporation Documents with Apostille

We obtain Formation Documents, Certificates of Status, Certificates of Existence, and Certificates of Authority. Just call with your UBI number. Delaware documents can be obtained in a week.

Certificates and Documents from Other States

We process documents and certificates from all other US states. The fee is $250. New York, Hawaii, and Florida - $325.

How Does Our Service Work?

If you live in King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Island, Skagit, Whatcom or Pierce Counties, please contact us today for a pickup. We will send a notary to notarize (if necessary) and pick up your documents. We will email a free FedEx label for shipping to customers in Washington state who are outside our pickup area.
